Welcome to my website! I’m Dr. Siran Mukerji, an educator, researcher, and author with over 24 years of experience in higher education. My journey has been focused on creating inclusive, accessible, and technology-driven learning environments.

Currently serving as Senior Regional Director (Professor Scale) at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), I have had the privilege of contributing to academic leadership, student support services, and policy-making at various levels. I’ve authored over 12 books and numerous research papers, with my work focusing on higher education management, technology-enabled learning, and lifelong education.
